Office Manager (immediately 20 – 24 hours)

The position

We are looking for the linchpin of our organisation. An independent organisational talent who ensures that everything runs smoothly within our ambitious agency. You are the warm welcome for our clients and relations and the colleague who ensures that our team lacks nothing.The team consists of creative, enthusiastic, hard-working people who work together on future-proof design with special attention to sustainability and the human dimension.

You run our office independently and all office tasks are in good hands. You work in support of administration, management, P&O, and communication. You organise, document, manage budgets and are the contact when it comes to IT and you ensure a good office culture by organising outings, birthdays and our office trip. The most important project next year is our move, we are now in a temporary office and at the end of this year we hope to move to a nice place in ZoHo. Naturally, you will play a leading role in this.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for all Office related matters such as budget, mail, telephone, receiving orders and purchasing
  • responsible for P&O supporting administrative tasks
  • organisation of events, outings and office trip
  • supporting/secretarial in project organisation
  • responsible for IT related matters such as managing the budget and keeping software subscriptions in order
  • project > moving our office later this year.

Our new Office Manager

  • has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • masters the Dutch language 
  • has an HBO working and thinking level
  • can switch quickly
  • is the face of our organisation.
