WIN! Ready to get started with the municipality of Heemstede!
We are developing a vision for the 't Groot Clooster area. Situated between the Spaarne River and Heemstede, this emerging gem is of vital importance to both the village and the wider region. In a rapidly growing area, space for housing, work, and green spaces is increasingly scarce. At 't Groot Clooster, these functions come together in close proximity. The challenge will be to future-proof and enhance all three aspects.
In the coming months, ECHO will develop a comprehensive vision for the entire Groot Clooster area. This plan will outline the future direction for the region and address how to best utilize the existing functions. For the Havenkwartier, we will create a Statement of Principles to drive the area’s transformation. After the summer, we’ll engage with the local community and property owners, with support from Kickstad.
