Creating together
Our culture is open, collaborative, and engaged. We inspire one another, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together. We start the week with coffee, enjoy lunch together every day (provided by us), and wrap up the week with a Friday gathering and drinks. Birthdays and milestones never go unnoticed.
Outside the office, we also make time to connect through project visits, (international) excursions, and sporting activities. What you can expect from us
We believe it’s important that you can do your best work and that this is supported by attractive employment conditions. That’s why we offer a transparent salary structure based on the Dutch Architects’ Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).
In addition to your regular vacation days, we have an annual summer and winter office closure, giving you a total of seven weeks of leave each year. We also provide a pension scheme with no mandatory employee contribution. Furthermore, every employee receives an annual personal development budget, giving you the opportunity to grow in a way that suits you best.

Applying is simple: send us your CV and portfolio. You’ll hear from us within two weeks—often sooner.
If we see a good match, we’ll invite you for a first interview with our HR colleague Nathalie and Managing Director Floor. The second round includes a design workshop with Robbert Jan and one of our senior designers, Nora or Esmee. If the enthusiasm is mutual, we’ll proceed with a discussion about employment terms.
After that, you’ll begin a carefully structured onboarding process, during which we’ll gradually introduce you to our practice and way of working.
